What’s your return policy?
All sales at The Luxury Bridal Exchange are final sale. Any dress sold on The Luxury Bridal Exchange may be relisted with the company. However, all sales are final even through layaway. Once an item has been put in layaway it is marked as sold and retained for the customer.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Sellers will receive funds through PayPal.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can make an appointment through our email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A bridal specialist will contact you within 1-2 days.
How long does it to find the dresses?
A bridal specialist will take 3-5 business days to find the dress. Once the dresses has been found, the bridal specialist will reach out to you to schedule an appointment.
How long does the appointment last?
The appointment will last 1-2 hours depend on your needs.
How does a Bridal Experience work?
Can I come to you?
As part of our services, we offer the best luxury bridal experience. If you want to refuse this service, we will arrange for a fitting at another location. A fee will be assessed.
Can I personalize my experience?
Yes, you can personalize your experience by having a bridal affair, which fees may be assessed for event coordination, decoration and catering.
What if I do not like the first 5 choices?
Typically, brides find their gown in the first three dresses they try on. However, in the event you do not find the one, you will be rescheduled with the bridal specialist to try on 3-5 gowns.
Is it risky to buy a preowned dress?
No, it is not risky to buy a used wedding dress. We go through a strict process of accepting gowns into the exchange. The sellers must agree to our standards of selling. No dress is accepted if it is not professionally cleaned, damaged, stained or containing missing items such as buttons or zippers.
Do I have to dry clean the dress?
All our gowns are professionally cleaned upon pickup.
Not ready to buy, can I hold it?
We will hold a dress for 48 hours for a fee. After the 48 hours, you must put it in layaway or pay in full. After the gown is purchased or put in layaway, it is considered purchased and no refunds will be allowed.
How do I sell with The Luxury Bridal Exchange?
Contact email@example.com. A bridal specialist will contact you within 1-2 days. A form will be sent to your email to complete. Once the information is completed and returned to us, we will arrange for pickup. After the gown is picked up, we will do everything from marketing to answering buyer questions. Once the gown is sold you will receive payment within 7 days of the payment clearing, minus the 20% selling fee.
Do I need to clean my gown before I sell it?
Yes, all gowns must be professionally cleaned prior to pickup.
How long will it take for my gown to sell?
Depending on the season, the gown may sell within six months. Selling times vary and depend on factors such as designer, season, size, style, etc.
How is my gown protected?
The Luxury Bridal Exchange takes responsibility for the gown. However, items will be tried on and all efforts will be made to keep the item(s) in received condition.
Can I change the price of the gown?
Any changes to the item details including price may be changed until the dress is picked up and inspected. No changes to item details will be made after this time.
How long will you keep the gown?
Gowns may be kept for at least 90 days depending on the seller.
